While bakeries are amazing places filled with the savoury aroma of cakes and cookies, they can kinda drive us crazy with the chocolate cake section. Such variety, much confusion. Some cakes are sweet and some are dark. Some are fudgy, while some are spongy. So, here we are, to guide you with some of the different types of chocolate cakes.

1. Black Forest Cake :

Soufflé is puffed up and fluffy dessert based on a chocolate or fruit sauce (lemon or raspberry, for example), and are often served with a dusting of powdered sugar.

10. Brownies :

Brownies are cakes, often containing nuts. They consist of almost the same ingredient as cake but having totally different proportions. Brownies consist of more chocolate than flour. They’re dense and fudgy and use less moisture in comparison to cakes. Cakes are light and fluffy while brownies are chewier and have a cracked top. Often, brownies contain little or no leavening agents.
